Returns, and Exchanges

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, U have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after the orders receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. At U STATE U.com we offer a 30 day refund policy from the date of U receiving your goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us. After 30 days, U will no longer be able to return your order. Make sure to include the return packing slip. We offer a free courtesy return within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

Only when U are happy, can we be satisfied. If for any reason U are not satisfied with our T-shirt U can return it for a full refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order (postage will not be refunded).

Once the T-shirt has arrived back to us, U will be notified and your return will be processed. 

*Please note that refunds can take up to 14-21 days to reach your account.

Returning items from abroad will be at the cost of the  customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. U STATE U.com  cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
