Shipping policy
Delivery Time
When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. In the UK we use Hermes, DPD, and Royal Mail, for exports we use a Royal Mail international delivery service and Parcel Force Worldwide Tracked service, unless instructed otherwise. We send U an email when your order has been dispatched. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are also using other courier services and delivery services in order to speed up delivery times. (We may change the courier service from time to time.)
On average:
- UK customers - Orders should be with U within 1-4 business working days after dispatch.
- European customers - Orders should be with U within 3-5 business working days after dispatch.
- Rest of World customers - Orders should be with U within 7-17 business working days after dispatch.
- Rest of World customers - Economy International should be with U within 10-60 business working days after dispatch.
Shipping (UK)

Shipping (Export)
We ship to all over the world. Our T-shirts will be sent out via International Royal Mail and Parcel Force Worldwide Tracked service. An email to tell U they have been shipped will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. Your T-shirt should arrive within 10-60 working days of leaving us. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Stock
Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed, but if the item is out of stock then we have a 48 hour processing period. As U STATE U.com holds limited stock and sometimes your order maybe placed in a queue to be manufactured, customised, or printed, we will try and inform U if this is the case and when U can expect delivery.
Processing Time
At U STATE U.com we have a 48 hour processing time, for your order to be placed in the shipping package, ready to be shipped. As many of the items we carry are custom/bespoke items, which needs a service time in order to be made ready.
Notice
U will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that U contact your local customs office for additional information.
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Claims
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to U STATE U.com within 7 working days of delivery. U STATE U.com shall be afforded reasonable time, and opportunity to investigate any claim made here in good faith to rectify any shortcomings. The Customer shall, request in writing or verbally to U STATE U.com, and promptly return any of the goods subject to the claim. Any packing materials should be securely packaged to U STATE U.com for examination, as your prompt action is greatly appreciated in helping us to resolve any claims.
Liability
- If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, U STATE U.com shall as its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer to have a credit amount to the value of there invoice.
- If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective then, U STATE U.com shall as an option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer the credit for their invoice value.
- In no circumstances shall the liability of U STATE U.com, be to the Customer, under this condition, and should not exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Product Specifications
U STATE U.com reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
