Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means U STATE U.com "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in GBP. The company reserves the right to make changes to pricing and specifications without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to U. Products displayed on the Website are available while supplies last. Receipt by U of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order by U STATE U.com. Prior to the acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. U STATE U.com reserves the right at any time, after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion of the order, even after the receipt of your order has been confirmed by U STATE U.com, and can be  revoked for any reason, while an investigation is conducted. The designs are always reflective of the artist fees, and their commissions. Which are then reflected, in the designed artwork of that T-shirt line, and the pricing of that original design. U STATE U, designs are always, State of art, and each design is reflective of that price, that each artists creates. Which in turn increases the price of that, Art piece.

Payment, and Order Status

Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment, as the T-shirt will be made especially for U, customised for U, or taken from stock for U. Please be aware that stock is limited, as T-shirts are generally printed on a first come, first serve basis. Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when U place your order. U STATE U.com reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to any Customer without prior notification. In the event that an item price is incorrect, either due to typographical error or any other error, U STATE U.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, U STATE U.com shall promptly credit, the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

We use PayPal’s secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Stock

Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24hours of the order being placed. U STATE U.com holds limited stock and sometimes your order maybe placed in a queue to be manufactured, customised, or printed, we will try and inform U if this is the case and when U can expect delivery.

Intellectual Property

Except for Content linked to or from an external source, all other Content that appears as part of this website (including text, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, audio clips, interfaces, software, logos, titles, and names and collectively ("Intellectual Property") are the property of U STATE U.com

The website as a whole and all Content and Intellectual Property are protected by copyright, trade dress, and trademark laws of the United Kingdom, as well as international treaties, conventions and the laws of other countries, as applicable.  Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which U have been given express written permission to use by U STATE U.com, U may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into a database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, transfer, or sell any Intellectual Property, information, software or products obtained from or through this Website, in whole or in part.  Any use of the Content, except as specifically provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.
